Returns

Products are guaranteed genuine and fully duty-paid in Ebar. Our policy only accept return for circumstances below:

  • Bottles/items damaged in-transit upon receiving
  • Purchase received does not matched your order

Customer are advised to confirm your order before payment made.

Opened or consumed and empty bottles are strictly not eligible for return/refund.

Customer are required to notify our customer service immediately or within 24 hours upon receiving your purchase.

Return Policy:

Items returned must be as per original purchase.

Any corked/spoilt bottle of wine is required to have minimum of ½ of original contents

And, we only accept unopened bottle for spirits.

How do I make return/refunds?

Follow the steps below:

  • Rang or write to us; customerservice@ebar.com.my immediately right after you received the stocks
  • Return the bottles to us via appointed delivery service providers or direct to our physical store
  • Our customer service will verify on your issues and determine whether return/exchange or refund

For full refund, please allow 7 to 14 business days due banking operation and working hours

Ebar reserves the right to reject/refuse any return or refund if customer provide unjustifiable reason for return.
